A valid booking reference and matching name are required at pickup. Guests should be ready at the agreed pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time — tours cannot wait indefinitely for a late guest.
Jeep seating is limited to what's booked — extra guests cannot be added on the day without prior arrangement. Participation in the purification ritual is optional; guests are asked to follow the guide's instructions on temple etiquette out of respect for the site.

Pickup begins around 2:30 AM from hotels and villas in South Bali and Ubud. Our driver will contact you the day before to confirm the exact pickup time and location.
