A valid booking reference and matching name are required at pickup. Guests should be ready at the agreed pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time — tours cannot wait indefinitely for a late guest.
Riders must be able to control the ATV themselves, or ride as a passenger with an accompanying adult; a minimum age applies for solo riding.

Pickup begins from 08:00 AM, with afternoon slots available from hotels and villas in Ubud and greater South Bali. Our driver will contact you the day before to confirm the exact pickup time and location.
If your accommodation is outside our standard coverage area, a small pickup surcharge may apply — this is always shown clearly before you complete your booking, never added afterwards.
- Closed-toe shoes — sandals are not permitted on the ATV track

Frequently Asked Questions
No licence is required. A guide leads the group and gives full instruction before you start; children too young to ride can join as a passenger with an adult on selected units.
Riders should generally be 7 years or older to control the ATV themselves; younger children can ride as a passenger with a parent. Let us know guest ages when booking.
Yes — every booking is a private tour for your own group only. We do not combine you with other travellers unless you specifically ask us to.
