A valid booking reference and matching name are required at pickup. Guests should be ready at the agreed pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time — tours cannot wait indefinitely for a late guest.
Modest dress covering shoulders and knees is required at temple sites; a sarong is provided free of charge if needed.

Pickup begins in the mid-afternoon, timed so you arrive before sunset from hotels and villas in South Bali (Kuta, Jimbaran, Seminyak, Nusa Dua) and Ubud. Our driver will contact you the day before to confirm the exact pickup time and location.
If your accommodation is outside our standard coverage area, a small pickup surcharge may apply — this is always shown clearly before you complete your booking, never added afterwards.
