A valid booking reference and matching name are required at pickup. Guests should be ready at the agreed pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time — tours cannot wait indefinitely for a late guest.
Riders must be able to control the ATV themselves, or ride as a passenger with an accompanying adult; a minimum age applies for solo riding.

Pickup begins around 08:00 AM from hotels and villas in Ubud and greater South Bali. Our driver will contact you the day before to confirm the exact pickup time and location.
If your accommodation is outside our standard coverage area, a small pickup surcharge may apply — this is always shown clearly before you complete your booking, never added afterwards.
